Hi Mauricio,

Yes, that looks OK -- but the definition of TEXTDATA also
needs to be aligned (it shouldn't include "%"). My proposal:

  TEXTDATA       =  %x20-21 / %x23-24 / %x26-7E 

(In other words, exclude double quote '"' and percent sign '%')
