Last look at VLAN and Priority Document

RADEXT WG last call has completed on the RADIUS VLAN and Priority document, 
and all issues appear to have been resolved.  The updated document is 
available here:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-radext-vlan-01.txt

Please have a look at the document.  If we do not hear about any additional 
issues we will send the document on to the iESG for consideration as a 
Proposed Standard by March 30, 2006.
