Thanks Pasi for the detailed review. One comment on the TADIG
codes. See below:

The TADIG code consists of 3 character country code and 2 character
operator/company code. The latter can actually be alphanumeric. E.g.
one of ours is FINV1. So it might be better to state this. For example:

     The TADIG Code consists of two fields, with a total length of five
     ASCII characters consisting of a three-character country code and
     a two-character aplhanumeric operator (or company) ID.
