RFC 4590bis Update



As discussed at IETF 67, a number of errata have been found in RFC 4590. Given the number and seriousness of the problems (mistaken IANA allocations, errors in the Attribute Table and examples, etc.), it appears that spinning a new RFC will be required, rather than merely submitting errata to the RFC Editor.

Between now and IETF 68, the goal is to come to closure on fixes to the issues that have been submitted, do a month-long WG last call (to catch any remaining errors), and get an RFC 4590bis document to the IESG.
