Yea, I get it Glen. But if you have different App IDs then the that
field is used to identify different wrapped keys in the same message
("here's an EAP-MSK for <foo> and an EAP-EMSK for <foo>"). The KM ID still
serves no purpose.

to unsubscribe send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with
the word 'unsubscribe' in a single line as the message text body.
