Perhaps it would be helpful to have a aaa-doctors webpage
or wiki to identify these areas of potential input?

Jari's list looks good, but i'm unclear on the exact
purview of aaa-doctors.  Are we collectively interested
in Kerberos/SASL/OPES/IPFIX/AAAArch/etc... Or is the scope 
limited to RADIUS and Diameter protocols?
