David has added some suggested fixes that would address them.
Sofar all on aaa-doctors list.
David has today forwarded some explicit text to Ralph.

I propose that I forward the somplete summary from Bernard,
Plus davids initial response, plus his final explicit text 
to the DHC WG mailing list.

Speak up ASAP if you disagree.
