RE: Pls review documents on IESG Agenda for December 1, 2005

This document is not on the current agenda.

We had agreed to changes to address the issues, and I was expecting an -05
version that contained those changes by the telechat agenda cut-off, so I
briefly added this to the agenda.  

I removed it again on 11/23 (just after the agenda cut-off) when I realized
that the agenda was huge and that we still didn't have the -05 version.  In
fact, we _still_ don't have the -05 version (I should check on why not), so
that proved to be a good choice.
