so i changed the zone for psg.com to add two lines

   @       NS  aroot
   aroot   A   192.83.230.1

and hupped the zone.  but with a four hour ttl, neither of the two old
secondaries have picked it up and it's been about twelve hours.  beats
me.

i did submit the update to nsi to cause the com zone to be updated to
include the new ns rr.
