there are two LMP drafts (both -02) at ietf.org website:
1. URL below (in Kireeti's email);
2. URL: http://search.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-mpls-lmp-02.txt
URL 1 has an outdatd version.
i think someone should remove it to avoid confusion.
