L2SC) over TDM over LSC over FSC layers?

Hi,
PSC is for Layer 3 packets encapsulated in an MPLS
header. L2SC is for Layer 2 packets (as you say,
ATM and Frame Relay) where the MPLS label reflects
the layer 2 address. L2SC is *not* for ATM/Frame
transport over MPLS (for that, see the PWE3 WG).

PS. Incidentally, L2SC was introduced in the GMPLS
*routing* documents, not in the architecture doc.
