Comments on RSVP-TE-06

Hi,
In the rsvp-te-06 draft, it has been written that "On reception of a Path message, the Label Set represented in the message is compared against the set of available labels at the downstream interface and the resulting intersecting Label Set is forwarded in a Path message.".

My doubts are,
1. Whether Downstream interface is with respect to Control Flow direction (direction of the Path message - Initiator to Terminator) or with respect to Data Flow direction (Terminator to Initiator - that is, direction of LSP path from Terminator to Initiator in the case of bidirectional LSP set up using UPSTREAM_LABEL)

2. if the terminalogy "upstream and downstream" is with respect to Control Message flow direction, then whether Label Set object is used to restrict the Label Range for establishing upstream LSP(from Terminator to Initiator) path using UPSTREAM_LABEL or only for downstream LSP(Initiator to Terminator) path using GENERALIZED_LABEL or Both (for upstream LSP and downstream LSP)

Thanks,
Rajaraman. B
