SONET/SDH and PDH

Hi,

The following changes have been proposed for the generalized
signaling documents:
a) the SONET and SDH values for LSP encoding be merged to a single
   code point; ditto for ANSI and ETSI PDH.
b) the SONET and SDH values for Generalized PID (G-PID) be merged to
   a single code point; ditto for ANSI and ETSI PDH.

Current LSP encoding values:
            3         ANSI PDH
            4         ETSI PDH
            5         SDH ITU-T G.707
            6         SONET ANSI T1.105

New LSP encoding:
            x         ANSI/ETSI PDH
            y         SDH ITU-T G.707/SONET ANSI T1.105

(x and y to be determined)

Current G-PID values:
         34     SDH                                    Lambda, Fiber
         35     SONET                                  Lambda, Fiber
...
         38     ETSI PDH                               SDH
         39     ANSI PDH                               SONET, SDH

New G-PID values:
          p     SDH/SONET                              Lambda, Fiber
          q     ANSI/ETSI PDH                          SONET, SDH

(p and q to be determined).

Any objections to these changes?
