There is no such document that explains how to implement in the transmission
plane. Most SDH/SONET networks are not able to support any of the suggested
features in this document. 
As such, if the IETF pubishes this document it might be wise to add a disclaimer
to the document that the IETF doesn't take responsibility for any interworking
at the transmission plane for the features described in this document.
