  You may want to look at RFC 2386.

  There is a very good experimental RFC 2676 w.r.t CSPF,
  including pseudo code.

  Remember, the details in above RFCs are not directly applicable
  to (G)MPLS environments but *most* of the logic can be
  correlated very easily.
