While we're on the subject, let me suggest to all who are interested
to browse http://www.ietf.org/IESG/liaison.html and especially look
at the liaison statements whose "Token" is CCAMP (and some of those
with Sub-IP).  The last four in Jan 2003 and the last one in Feb
are particularly relevant.
