despite the multi-region approach is typically a "common" framework,

specific implications, especially on ethernet-based L2LSPs (more
emphasized in this new version) may be discussed.
Though, with respect to recent ethernet-related e-mail exchanges,
we would like to propose a 5-10 minutes slot to have a discussion
covering these topics, and their potential impact on the charter.
