JD:  No, that's not what I'm saying.  The Jx patterns are there on
a given link between a pair of GMPLS nodes.  Those nodes exchange
the Jx patterns using the LMP Test procedures in order to understand
each other's GMPLS IDs for that link as part of that link's GMPLS
initialization.  These IDs are then used during RSVP processing to
establish the control and data planes for a given LSP.
