There was no intention to drop any requirement so please let us know what is
missing.

Well, there is no reason not to reference this material at this stage. Indeed,
someone just asked for it to be referenced, I think.
With regard to other material, again please provide pointers and we will happily
read and reference is as appropriate.


This is what the review process is all about (and it is orthogonal to whether
the WG adopts the draft IMHO)
