I think Deborah has a good point here.  Yes, there are some point 
discussions and proposed additions to the draft (it is a rev -00 after 
all!) but it seems the general tenor of the conversation is that this 
document is a good foundation for the WG to start with.

Oh WG chair(s),
        Can you give us your read of the "humm" level of the list?  Can we 
"officially" move on from the question of draft's filename to how it should 
be modified?
