There is a Liaison from ITU-T to IETF that reports the status of the ASON routing work at http://www.ietf.org/IESG/LIAISON/ls15-39.htm. There is also a pointer to G.7715 at the bottom of the Liaison:

click the link at the bottom of the Liaison -->
click "Common Control and Measurement Plane (ccamp) Working Group" -->
click "I accept" at the bottom of this page -->
click "ASON Routing Activities" -->
click "download" on the G.7715 line -->
brings up G.7715

Thanks,
Jerry
