Question on vertical interworking

Hi all,

considering contributions from new authors as well as a clarification
between inter and multi region networks, a new version of the mrn draft
is available:

The draft focuses on intra domain vertical interworking with the
following question
as a background:

How many control planes instances are needed to control
network elements supporting multiple switch caps ?

From the reduction of multiple instances interactions' complexity to
a consistent multi-switch-cap routing model using forwarding
adjacencies, this memo highlights the issues of vertical interworking.
