Where were you when we were doing the WG Last Call(s) and the IETF
Last Call? :-)

You're right.  This will be fixed along with other typos.

Yes, although one has to define how the LCPT is derived.  It might be
more appropriate to do this in the doc that specifies multi-layer
interaction and inheritance.
