Internet-Draft Cutoff Dates for Minneapolis

Please don't wait until the last minute to submit your drafts. Get them out as soon as
possible to lessen the load on the administrators, and to give the Working Group a chance
to read them.

In summary, the dates are:

9am ET, October 20th: Cut-off for initial submissions (new documents).
9am ET, October 27th: Cut-off for all other submissions
