GPID for Ethernet with GFP-F mapping in SDH

GPID values are listed in RFC3471. For a Ethernet 802.3 payload over SDH, Lambda, Fiber the value 46 is defined.
draft-ietf-ccamp-gmpls-g709 lists in addition a GPID of 54 for Ethernet MAC (framed GFP) for G.709 (and SDH).
draft-ietf-ccamp-gmpls-sonet-sdh doesn't define a SDH specific GPID.

So what is the correct GPID for a Ethernet MAC over SDH VCs using framed GFP 46 or 54. I assume the later.
