ASON Routing Requirements to WG doc

Hi,

This is a call for consensus to make the document "Requirements for
Generalized MPLS (GMPLS) Routing for Automatically Switched Optical
Network (ASON)" draft-alanqar-ccamp-gmpls-ason-routing-reqts-00.txt
a CCAMP WG document.

This is clearly a work in progress, but I would like to know if you
think that this work is going in the right direction and should be
made a WG document, or you think that we should hold off.
