Yes

A little bit of my rational. I had to do some homework on this to understand
the difference between the various flavors of signaling protocols.  I reread
the documents and discussed with colleagues and more recently John Drake one
of the authors.  I believe this is a good foundation document that we can
use to build on.  The document is not complete for all the ASON requirements
some people asked for but discussions, with John and comments from Adrian on
the list convinced me we could move forward and accommodate those down the
road.
