Advice and requirements to presenters at CCAMP in Seoul

In view of the tight schedule in Seoul, and the likelihood of a very high percentage of
non-native English speakers in the room, here are some requirements on "presenters".

- Assume that your draft has been read
   - Do not present the function or procedures of
      your draft

- Do state the schedule, milestones and proposals
   for your draft

- Do state the major changes since the last version

- Do state the remaining work items

- Do state any contentious issues of hard problems
where you would welcome help or input.

In order to present at the meeting, you MUST submit your slides to me by Tuesday March 4th
10pm Korean time. This gives me time to put them on a web site so that the room can read
the slides in advance, and follow along with the slides at their own speed. This is a
necessary courtesy to the non-native English speakers. So...
No slides == no agenda slot!

For those who haven't done this much before, a few factors to consider...
- a slide is too full if it has more than ten lines on it
- you need 1 to 2 minutes per slide
- you may want to leave time for discussion after your slides
  (your timeslot includes any discussion)

A set of slides that you may want to use as a template can be found at
