draft-vasseur-ccamp-loose-path-reopt

Hi,

As you know, draft-vasseur-ccamp-loose-path-reopt has recently been moved 
to CCAMP where the inter-area/AS related items are discussed. This ID 
proposes a method to perform reoptimization of inter-area/AS TE defined as 
a set of loose hops with a head-end LSR control (item explicitly listed in 
the requirements draft). This draft is in fact the third revision, after 
several comments have been received and incorporated.

Any additional comments would be more than welcome.
