Slides and hints for San Diego

All,

1. Slides must be with me by 6pm West Coast Saturday 31st July
   so they can go on the Web
2. You can change who speaks (I have picked random names
   from the authors). Please let me know.
3. Please use the hints in the agenda to suggest what you should
   cover.
4. DO NOT present your draft!
5. If you use all of your allotted time speaking, there will be
   no time for questions. A very fast speaker may manage
   one slide in two minutes.
6. If you want to solicit specific opinions or ideas, why not
   prime the audience with a few emails to the list?
