Hi,

I'm pretty concerned that there have been zero comments about this draft since it was
published as a WG document immediately after Seoul.

It is a significant item on our charter.
Despite the list of prestigious names who have contributed to the draft there doesn't seem
to be any forward movement.

Could the authors tell me, please, what the plans are for this work.

Could the working group please give me an opinion about whether there is any interest in
this function and if so, in what timescale.
