Agenda, LMP for Transport

Adrian thank for posting all the presentations and
drafts to be discussed. This really helps those of us
who are short on time and can't be in beautiful San
Diego this August.

It also brought the "LMP for transport" draft to my
attention.  I worked a lot on discovery and had lots
of arguments with folks on what LMP does and does not
do.

This draft clears things up very well. In particular
the fact that G.7714 is concerned with "data plane"
and not control plane discovery and that both are
extremely important for a functioning GMPLS control
plane.  

In a move toward more "plug and play" it would nice to
see a procedure that bootstraps from the data plane
discovery (which should be available once equipment is
turned on and lasers are shining) to the control plane
procedure (e.g., furnishes IP addresses for use in
control plane "channel" set up). 

Small nit to the authors, remove the reference to the
OC-3c in one of the examples and replace with either
an OC-3 or STS-3c.
