Folks,

   A new draft has been submitted for SONET/SDH Control Framework. This
draft is a CCAMP working group draft intended to become an Informational
RFC. It has been through at least one working group last call and at 
least one
round of IESG/AD review.

   The last update (-03) incoporated almost all of the AD comments and was
reviewed by one or more objective working group members.

   The current update (-04) is includes only editorial changes - the 
details of
which are included below. The draft should appear on the Internet Draft site
shortly.

Changes between -03 and -04
-------------------------------

Updated abstract to reflect "tense changes" now that a lot of the GMPLS
work is done already.

Removed invalid section on terminology usage and renumbered subsequent
sections.

Reworded sections 4.1 (5.1 in -03) and 4.3 (5.3 in -03).

Fixed messed up references in section 5.3 (6.3 in -03).

Replaced "MPLS" with "GMPLS" references outside of section 2.1.

Removed references to CR-LDP.

Updated to conform to new boiler-plate.

Expanded the Security section slightly.

Added information on how to access (or determine accessibility for) some
of the references.

Moved several references into the "Informative References" section.

Removed erroneous random non-printable characters.

Prettied up the formatting - including indenting the Table of Contents.

Updated the Table of Contents.
