Flurry of liaisons

Hi,

Over the next few days you will see a bunch of liaisons chiefly to ITU-T SG15 Question 14.

Hopefully there is nothing controversial about this. We are simply trying to open up the
process and make sure that our colleagues in the ITU-T are aware of the work that has been
going on in CCAMP and are letting them see copies of relevant drafts. Of course, any
feedback we get as a result will all be grist to our mill.

Please speak up if there are any issues with this.
