Inter-domain Framework Last Call ended

Hi,

The second last call has ended with just one comment: Igor supplied the
text he had previously promised about the danger of loops in the domain
boundary computation model.

This can be found as the last two paragraphs of section 3.3 in revision 04
of the I-D that I have just submitted.
