Informal pre-IANA registries for MPLS and GMPLS

Just to remind folks that I maintain two informal pre-IANA registries that
folk may want to make use of.

LSP-ATTRIBUTES bits are for use in the LSP-ATTRIBUTES and
LSP-REQUIRED-ATTRIBUTES objects as defined in
draft-ietf-mpls-rsvpte-attributes-05.txt. Hopefully this will reach IANA
through the RFC Editor process quite soon.

The ADMIN-STATUS object is defined in RFC3473 with bits defined in
RFC3471. Other bits are being defined here and there but there is
currently no IANA registry. Several drafts in the RFC Editor queue and in
AD review make a request to create the registry, so we will have one one
day.
