VCAT/LCAS draft update: draft-bernstein-ccamp-gmpls-vcat-lcas-01

Folks the latest, significantly shortened version of the VCAT/LCAS GMPLS 
draft is now available at:
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-bernstein-ccamp-gmpls-vcat-lcas-01.txt

This draft points out how GMPLS and VCAT/LCAS get along and how they 
might play nicer together.
We'll be proposing something along these lines getting adopted as a 
workgroup item at the Vancouver meeting.
