GRIP working group meeting time

Please schedule 1 2-hour time slot for our working group meeting in
Washington D.C.  We'd like this to be on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
morning or afternoon, but not at night and not on Friday.

    a.  Working Group or BOF name.   GRIP Working Group

    b.  Area under which Working Group (or BOF) appears: Operations

    c.  Conflicts you wish to avoid: SSH, security directorate, and other
security area working group meetings

    d.  Expected Attendance (attendance figures from 39th IETF
        will be sent in a separate message): 35

    e.  Any special requests: none
