Re: Oslo minutes

from my reading, this is getting *very* deep into what
amounts to dictating terms and conditions of service and
while some of these things are admittedly Good Ideas, they
have no place in an IETF document.  it might be good to
have this reviewed by IETF's counsel at their earliest
convenience.

I have the recurring feeling that there is a not-so-subtle
agenda here and that could be a serious problem.
