this morning, the iesg discussed draft-ietf-grip-isp-expectations-04.txt.

jeff schiller is working some items here on this list, and will continue to
do so.

in addition, one iesg member asked that the "should" be capitalized in

    BGP authentication [RFC2385] should be used with routing peers.

if the wg agrees with this change, it can be taken care of during rfc-ed
48-hour touchup opportunity with no need for a new draft.
