Thank you for taking the effort to make sure this important input source is

One comment:
On issue 7, "tree or forest root structure", please consider the IAB
statement draft-iab-unique-dns-root, which addresses this issue.
A tree structure's root level can be implemented in many ways, but the
principle of central coordination is basic to the operating principles of
the DNS.
Anyway, this has to be considered orthogonal to the IDN work.
