Very valid point. Since Zero in Arabic (or Urdu numeric which are used in most of the Arabic countries) is written as dot (.) in english characters which is used in the Domain Name word as a separator between deferent levels in the domain name system. This problem is not only applicable to the arabic language but also to Urdu, Phasi, Kurdi, etc... Again we have to think in the simplicity to implement the Multilingual Solution, therefore I support the idea of using the original Arabic numeric (0,1,2, etc) in the implementation of the Arabic DNS solution.
