Lets see... unix shell accounts, pop accounts, ftp accounts, anonymous ftp
password. contact management, the list covers almost everything.
Perhaps it would be better to consider what wouldnt be affected.
I dont see how breaking things can be avoided... does the username get
*ACE encoded as well?
