Interesting observations. Worldnames/NU domain faced the same question -
should we plan to upgrade twice?
We decided it didn't make sense. Instead, we decided to base the whole .NU
ML system in UTF-8, but provide for transparent ACE support/compatibility.
Kind of like "HDTV-ready."
Others might consider the same, or perhaps are already doing so.
