Re: [idn] UNIX moving to UTF-8



While I am pro-non-ACE-as-final-solution, I must say that although UTF8 is
being deployed readily, some implementations such as Win2000 as I have
pointed out in my known issues document
(http://www.openidn.org/issues.html), is sometimes a bit shaky especially
when used to package DNS requests.
