    Application <--> resolver <--> code_switcher <-->
cdns
                                      |
                       local encoding -> UTF8

    No.The dns resolver do not change the requirement
but to send it in standard format.
    We have a downloadable client which support local
encoding,but the objective of providing the client is
to find way to resolve some problems caused by browser
and firewalls.

    Services includes:
        "chinese-domain-name.cn"
        "chinese-domain-name.中国"
    The code point of zhong guo "中国" is:
           zhong "中" in GB18030 : 0xD6D0
                      in UNCODE  : 0x4F2D
           guo "国"   in GB18030 : 0xB9FA
                      in UNCODE  : 0x56FD

  The resolving of ".cn" domain name abides by the
standard mode.The only different point is that dns
server allows 8-bit domain name through.
