What about Received, Message-ID, Path, and all of the other message
headers which store IDNs? HTTP proxies and a bunch of other apps are going
to have similar problems.
Some sort of policy probably needs to be defined somewhere.
Should we be answering these questions or should the question be raised in
a document and left for the respective WGs to answer?
