Hi,

Here is a draft of the new "Intended Scope" section to be added to the
IDN Requirements document, as discussed at the first IDN session at
IETF50.

Comments, of course, welcomed.

Intended Scope

The intended scope of this document is to explore technical
requirements for the internationalization of domain names on the
Internet.  It is not intended to document user requirements.  Proposals
MUST fulfill most, if not all, of the requirements.  This document MAY
be updated based on empirical trials or other new information.
