Re: [idn] Zone rules (was: wg milestones update)
If zone manager has the right to define different equivalence rules ,it'll be difficult to keep consistency between different name servers.
For example: if A manager define A equivalence rule( A=a ) in A-zone,at same time, B manager not define A equivalence rule in B-zone, so, a user can register AAA in B-zone,but the user just can register aaa (for AAA=aaa).
