Every now and again, I seem to be demonstrate that knowing something about
computer science does not mean that one is any good at all with
numbers... Sorry to have imposed that demonstration on the list.
I'll add that while I use 2/3 as a minimal measure, 3/4 is vastly
preferred. So, at best, we are in grey territory.
Anyhow, the fact that the disagreers are fragmented about the desired
solution is not as significant as the fact that they are aligned in
disagreeing.
That is why I'm suggesting trying to go through a sequence that steps
toward a constructive group decision, based on a series of strategic
concerns, starting with assessing group urgency.
